We are family owned and operated, and are committed to providing a studio environment and practice which is safe for everyone. The Vaeau Family Studio was created as a space where we could protect and perpetuate our indigenous traditions and practices without compromise.

T. Auva'aI highly recommend both Tyla and Hiram for whatever you require. They are both brilliant, gifted, talented artists who are absolutely fantastic to work with. They listen to what you want and if you are not sure, they work with your thoughts and ideas and being the creative artists they are, they bring it to life. I am always blown away by the art they have inked for me.

C. FleetI have multiple pieces from Hiram now and have probably spent 60-70 hours in the chair with him all up. His ability to take concepts and ideas and execute them as a design is next level. He’s professional, incredibly focused and he maintains a high standard at each step. You can see how committed he is to you and his work through his focus and attention to detail and it’s why I’ll keep coming back.

E. NealeGetting tattooed by Hiram is like being tattooed by a gentle teddy bear. Not only is his passion for his craft obvious in the art he creates. But he offers more than just a tattoo. The entire experience he offers a kind ear to hear your words. Feedback if asked for. Stories of previous tattoos or worldly experiences. It’s a counsellor, best friend, tattoo artist all rolled into one.
